We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Resiliency. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, working 40 hours a week, 5-6 days a week, with occasional weekend rotations. As a traveler, you will be required to adapt to different work environments and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to state licensure requirements and professional standards.
  • Deliver high-quality rehab services, adhering to established plans of care, department schedules, and timely documentation.
  • Participate in patient care, staffing conferences, and other related meetings, contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
  • Make referrals to other disciplines and agencies to address comprehensive patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select the most effective therapeutic regimen for each patient.
  • Adapt programs and plans of care according to individual patient needs.
  • Promote a safe environment, enforcing fire and safety hazard elimination.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain, identify, and report equipment repair needs.

Patient-Centered Care:

Our Physical Therapist will prioritize patient service, ensuring that patients and families receive exceptional care in a compassionate and caring atmosphere that recognizes individual needs and rights.


  • Screen, examine, and evaluate patients, including history, systems review, and application of relevant tests and measures, synthesizing data to inform treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using physical therapy tools and technology.
