Role Responsibilities:
The Dog Bather plays a crucial role at Scenthound, delivering prompt and high-quality services that align with our standards.


Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina for extended periods of standing
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment

Ideal Candidate:
We seek a meticulous individual who is passionate about maintaining the cleanliness and health of dogs. A successful Dog Bather is resilient, observant, patient, adaptable, and genuinely loves dogs. We are looking for a driven team member eager to advance their career through our training program to become a Scenthound Groomer or explore other career paths.


Key Duties:

  • Prepare and clean dogs for grooming as per service requests
  • Wash, dry, trim nails, clean ears, brush fur, clean teeth, and express glands
  • Monitor dogs' health indicators and record them in the S.C.E.N.T. Check app
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill service requests
  • Assist colleagues and seek help when necessary to maintain service schedules
  • Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
  • Follow Scenthound's sanitation and cleaning protocols
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager
