This opportunity is:

Location: Our laboratory facilities in Wailuku, HI

Status: Full-time position available

Days/Hours: TBD, with a scheduled 40-hour workweek

Compensation: Competitive base pay rate, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth

Eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

In this Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory role, you will:

  • Perform a wide range of analytical tests on human body fluids and tissues to provide accurate data to healthcare professionals
  • Collect, analyze, and report testing results, utilizing your analytical skills to identify patterns and trends
  • Raise awareness of and implement effective solutions to address safety concerns and maintain compliance with laboratory standards
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, handling biological and chemical hazards with confidence and precision
  • Champion quality control, ensuring the highest standards of testing and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or a related science from an accredited program
  • Current and active certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or the American Medical Technologist (AMT)
  • Excellent reading, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to operate general laboratory equipment
