Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medicare Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in working with our clients to process enrollments and various other requests in accordance with the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine enrollment processing protocols and apply the correct procedures to enrollment and disenrollment transactions.
  • Obtain missing information from applications using internal and external systems, as well as outbound telephone outreach if needed.
  • Reconcile the insurance plan's enrollment data.
  • Process returned mail. Contact members to obtain new address information. Resend mail as appropriate.
  • Perform maintenance requests on member records, such as address changes, premium withholding option changes, etc.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Data Entry Alpha and Numeric experience.
  • 1+ years of insurance, enrollment, and customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
