Job Opportunity at Medicus Healthcare Solutions
We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to provide remote coverage for a hospital in southern North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various medical imaging modalities and a strong understanding of Epic EMR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote coverage for radiology services
- Interpret medical images and provide accurate diagnoses
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Board certification in Radiology
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Modalities and Schedule:
- Nuclear Medicine (NM)
- Ultrasound (US)
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Computed Tomography (CT)
- Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA)
- X-ray
- Mammography
Tele Swing Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 4pm - 12am
- Daily Volume: 100 exams per weekday, 40 exams per evening & overnight, 80 exams per weekend, and 60 exams per weekend night
