Requirements:
  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups.
  • Minimum OSHA 30 safety certification.
  • Ability to ensure client satisfaction and maximize company profitability with a safe environment.
  • Broad range of people skills, including strong leadership, management, and accountability.
  • Understanding of LEAN, BIM, and Sustainability practices and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people in order to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, project management systems, and scheduling software.
