Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, we are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Primary Care Clinician to join our team in San Fernando Valley, CA.
About the RoleWe are looking for dedicated professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Primary Care Clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide the highest level of care

Requirements- Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
- Active NP or PA license
- Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Proficiency in Spanish
