Essential Responsibilities:
1. Collect subjective data through patient interviews and medical histories.
2. Perform thorough physical examinations to gather objective data.
3. Develop accurate diagnoses and create personalized care plans.
4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
5. Collaborate with patients to educate them on healthy habits and disease management.
6. Facilitate referrals to specialized healthcare services as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum one year of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
2. Graduate of an accredited RN and NP program or PA program.
3. Current licensure and certification in California.
4. Basic Life Support certification and National Provider Identifier.
