Tacoma School Nurse Opportunity with Supplemental Health Care

We are seeking a skilled School Registered Nurse to join our team at Supplemental Health Care in Tacoma, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional healthcare services to students in a school setting.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students with acute or chronic health problems. This includes conducting screenings and writing referrals for health services or treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in pediatrics or a similar setting.
As a School Registered Nurse with Supplemental Health Care, you will work closely with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardians to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness. You will also be responsible for maintaining student records while complying with state and federal screenings.
We offer a competitive salary of $46.50 - $50.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Your schedule will follow the school district calendar, with opportunities to see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements- A valid RN License from the State of Washington
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Prior experience working in pediatrics or a similar setting
