Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Tacoma Nursing & Rehabilitation. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and mental health status, including diagnostic testing, to determine their health needs.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and personal care.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current Washington State LPN license.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules.
