Position Overview: As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Plan for all company equipment and facilities.
  • Regularly assessing the condition of equipment to identify potential maintenance needs and upgrades.
  • Ensuring that all buildings, plants, and facilities are suitable for their intended purposes, providing proactive support and solutions for repairs as necessary.
  • Addressing all facility maintenance requests promptly and cost-effectively.
  • Setting departmental objectives and KPIs, while reviewing and assessing the ongoing performance of the Maintenance and Fabrication departments.
  • Overseeing and directing all Maintenance and Fabrication procedures and operations.
  • Managing and supervising Maintenance and Fabrication staff, effectively delegating maintenance issues to appropriately skilled individuals.
  • Ensuring that maintenance and repair tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with budget estimates and costs for specific repair projects.
  • Conducting monthly inventory assessments.
  • Evaluating current maintenance processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilizing data analysis to prepare for and mitigate future issues.
  • Training new employees in maintenance and fabrication processes and procedures.
  • Recording and tracking daily progress and error reports.
  • Maintaining vendor relationships and ordering materials as required.
  • Enforcing all health and safety regulations in accordance with state and federal laws and company protocols.
  • Completing mandatory safety training as required.

Qualifications:

Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet the needs of our operations.

Physical Demands: This role requires prolonged periods of walking and standing, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and occasional activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, or crouching. The position also involves conducting inspections and handling equipment used for inspections.

Additional Information: We offer a competitive salary range ($100,000 - $120,000), accrued vacation time, comprehensive benefits, and a 401k matching program.
