Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tractor Sales Representative to join our team at Crystal Tractor of Palatka. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their purchase, providing expert knowledge of our product line.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models, staying up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.
  • Sales and Marketing: Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals, including generating leads and closing sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions, including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
  • Online Sales: Support online customers through our eSales office, providing a seamless and efficient sales experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Experience: Possess a proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong knowledge base of agricultural equipment and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the dealership.
