In this position, you will take charge of the overall design and creation of illustrative, graphic, and visual content for the organization. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with the marketing director, senior communications manager, and business-unit marketing managers to produce top-tier designs for the external website, marketing collateral, digital and print advertisements, event promotional materials, and social media graphics, along with emerging online channels.

Remote Work Opportunity: This position allows for flexibility in working from home.

Work Schedule: Initial commitment of 10-15 hours per week, reducing to 5-10 hours per week thereafter, primarily during standard business hours.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $24 to $30, depending on experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree is essential; a degree in Fine Arts is preferred.
  • Proven experience in vector-based high-resolution design.
  • Extensive proficiency in design software including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a professional commercial design role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong design sensibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional client service abilities.
  • Capacity to accept and implement constructive feedback from peers and clients.
  • Strong layout skills and creativity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Compensation Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
