Position Summary
The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas during the night shift.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to procedures for using cleaning chemicals and equipment to avoid damage

  • Build and sustain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies

  • Move furniture and equipment as necessary for cleaning purposes
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Wash and replace window coverings as needed
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
  • Sanitize and maintain restroom facilities
This position is ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience and education.
