About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Operations Manager to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Connecticut. As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Intake: Manage and optimize therapy schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services to clients. Oversee the intake process for new clients, conducting assessments and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Insurance Verification and Billing: Verify insurance coverage for clients, navigate billing procedures, and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Team Leadership and Quality Assurance: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of two years (2) of experience managing a medical practice, therapy practice, dental practice, or similar. Must possess prior management experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong leadership and communication skills.
