Job Summary:

The Global Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in expanding our company's international presence by developing a comprehensive global HR strategy. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership and Corporate HR teams to drive strategic HR programs, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy development, while also supporting the establishment and operational readiness for future international needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations across all company locations.
• Partner with corporate HR to adapt global policies to meet local requirements.
• Act as the primary HR contact for all international managers and employees, providing guidance on compensation, benefits, hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business goals and enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Lead the expansion of HR programs such as employee engagement surveys and recognition initiatives to include international locations, fostering a cohesive and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or GPHR certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 6 years in international HR management within a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Proven track record of success in a global HR role, with experience managing HR functions across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% if necessary.

Working Conditions:

The Global Human Resources Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks. The ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files is also required. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also necessary. The candidate must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required and comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
