Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our team at MRINetwork Jobs. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cost databases to ensure accurate estimates
  • Review and comment on estimates provided by others to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Provide independent estimates of change orders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Develop pre-construction cost estimates to inform project planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and budgets for projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Estimator with projects larger than $1M
  • Proven track record of success in commercial piping projects
  • Ability to create conceptual bids for Design / Build projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in estimating software
  • Preferred: 4-year degree in a construction-related field
