Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at TP Mechanical Contractors. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving stock around the Fabrication Shop using a forklift or other types of loading devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts, winches, and other machinery to transport materials and equipment.
  • Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials and pipe of all types and sizes.
  • Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Relocate items within the warehouse.
  • Track inventory of incoming and outgoing items.
  • Carefully handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials whenever necessary.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience operating forklifts and other machinery.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.
  • Valid Driver's License and Rigging certification (preferred).
