Cafe Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food to our members, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including the cafe area, kitchen, and dining area.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Food Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a food service environment.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult customers and provide solutions to customer complaints.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
