Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to member needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
