Job Summary:

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst at Community Bank System, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage user identities and access privileges, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IAM using the company IAM tool.
Administer logical access controls for internal application security.
Complete incoming service requests and incidents related to security administration.
Complete provision onboarding/offboarding requests per company standards and control guidelines.
Complete data security administration based on least privilege access principles.
Support data security best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Identity and Access Management Analyst or Administrator in a Windows Enterprise Active Directory environment.
Preference will be given to those candidates with knowledge of IAM and or PAM solutions like Sailpoint, OKTA, ManageEngine AdManager, others.

Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $58,500 to $88,000 per year, depending on experience.
