In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for curating an engaging online shopping experience, ensuring our brand sites are user-friendly and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement multi-brand product strategies on B2B platforms, focusing on merchandising techniques that enhance product visibility, drive sales, and improve the consumer journey.
- Product Curation: Organize and present product collections in a visually appealing manner, aligning with seasonal trends, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Content Oversight: Manage product listings, including uploading, editing, and maintaining accurate descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure up-to-date product pages.
- Category Management: Optimize category pages, ensuring proper product categorization and efficient filtering to facilitate customer navigation.
- Search Engine Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct A/B tests on merchandising elements, leveraging insights for data-driven enhancements.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor product availability and stock levels, providing recommendations to mitigate out-of-stock or overstock situations.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop strategies to increase average order value through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- User Experience Enhancement: Work with UX teams and digital designers to continuously improve the online shopping experience, focusing on navigation, load times, and mobile responsiveness.

- Comprehensive understanding of SEO and its application in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems (Shopify & Salesforce).
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
