In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for curating an engaging online shopping experience, ensuring our brand sites are user-friendly and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings.
  • A/B Testing: Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct A/B tests on merchandising elements, leveraging insights for data-driven enhancements.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor product availability and stock levels, providing recommendations to mitigate out-of-stock or overstock situations.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop strategies to increase average order value through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B e-commerce merchandising or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO and its application in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems (Shopify & Salesforce).
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
