We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support services to families in need. As the Senior Family Stabilization Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission.

**Job Summary:**

The Senior Family Stabilization Coordinator is responsible for supervising and managing the Upward Bound House Thriving Families Stabilization Team. The goal of this team is to identify and provide access to support systems that help families stay in their homes and prevent them from returning to homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage the Thriving Families Stabilization Team* Identify and connect families with support systems, such as counseling, education, and employment resources* Work closely with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery* Develop and implement strategies to improve family stability and prevent homelessness* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families* Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and new initiatives* Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform program development and improvement*

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field* 3+ years of experience in social work, case management, or a related field* Strong knowledge of community resources and referral networks* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software* Experience with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practice preferred*
