We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Branch Manager to lead our light commercial service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of HVAC/R technicians to install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, goals, and objectives to ensure departmental profitability.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements.
- Identify training needs of staff and facilitate delivery of a regular training program to ensure that HVAC/R technicians are properly trained on the latest service techniques and safety procedures.
- 5+ years of successful and recent HVAC/R service management experience.
- Two years of technical training or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to perform advanced-level maintenance and service on HVAC/R equipment.
- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new systems.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
