Regional Sales Manager

McLanahan Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our crushing and screening equipment to customers in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales projections and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, engineering firms, contractors, and dealers
- Provide technical support and training to customers and sales representatives
- Attend trade shows and other events to promote McLanahan Corporation equipment
- Meet established sales goals and objectives
- Three to five years of experience in sales or a related field
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a related field
- Prior experience working in a Lean/ISO environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy including MS Office applications
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to successfully reach company goals in an environment with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
This position requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, as well as the ability to travel domestically and internationally. The position also requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp and manipulate objects.
