About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garage Door Technician to join our team at Precision Door Service. As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and installing garage door parts and equipment on-site at our customers' locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, and replace worn or broken door parts
  • Install new equipment, including doors and springs
  • Explain service options to customers and ensure they understand the work performed
  • Sell services and repairs using our proven model
  • Manage inventory in your vehicle and collect payment from customers
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude and technical skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Ability to work in heat and cold, both outside and inside garages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
  • Reliability and ability to serve customers following our process
