We are seeking an experienced AIT Technician to join our team of passionate individuals who share our sense of purpose and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, assembly, integration, and operational checkout of spacecraft flight hardware and associated equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace/aviation operations, with experience in the application of Lean manufacturing techniques and working with flight hardware in a manufacturing & production environment. You should also possess strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to utilize hand tools & precision tools, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain high-quality flight hardware and ensure that it meets the required standards. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and be able to work effectively within a team environment. A&P License, IPC & J-STD Certifications, and a 2-year Technical Degree are highly desirable qualifications.
