Job Description

Job Title: Scheduler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Home Instead. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in coordinating scheduling services for our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling services for clients and caregivers, ensuring high-quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
  • Manage client and caregiver schedules, including creating and maintaining schedules, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client and caregiver inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and mediate client and caregiver activity, utilizing our Clear Care operating software.
  • Participate in all caregiver meetings, as needed, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and caregiver information, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and caregivers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and software, ensuring seamless execution of scheduling services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous scheduling experience, use of ClearCare software, and/or CNA/HHA experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality of client and caregiver information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
