We're seeking dedicated Medical Excellence Specialists, such as Nurse Practitioners or Physicians, to join our team. As a key member of our post-acute care team, you will deliver high-quality patient-centered primary care services in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing clinical care, prescribing medications, and collaborating with facility nursing staff. Timely documentation is crucial, with charting completed in ChartEasyTM or other proprietary electronic health records systems used by partner facilities.

This role offers flexible daily shifts, Monday through Friday, with varying start times between 7AM and 1PM local time. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while still being available for consultations with nursing staff. Reliable transportation is required, but this position does not involve on-call duties or overnight requirements.
