Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the production process to meet customer demands and production schedules.
  • Oversee the installation and completion of construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction trades, with a strong background in project management.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
