About the OpportunityWe currently have an opportunity for a talented primary care physician to join our team in Minnesota. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $115 per hour, inclusive of all benefits. The work dates needed are from 2/5/2025 to 8/1/2025, with an option to extend.
Work ScheduleThe preferred schedule for this position is Wednesday, 10am-7pm, and Thursday/Friday, 7am-4pm, with a one-hour lunch break. We do not require any night shifts, holidays, or calls. The worksite setting is a primary care facility, where you will be responsible for acute care visits for patients aged 2 and above.
Scope of WorkYour scope of work will involve conducting in-person acute care visits, with an average of 3-4 patients per hour. Each visit will last approximately 30 minutes. You will also be required to maintain accurate paper documentation.
Licenses and CertificationsTo be eligible for this position, you must possess the following licenses and certifications:
- A valid BC (Board Certification) license
- A current MN state medical license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration
Prior experience with Epic EMR is highly preferred, but not mandatory. For this locum position, you will use paper documentation for your records.
