Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Southern Minnesota

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at a 14-bed Critical Access Hospital in Southern Minnesota.
Estimated Salary: $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a panel of patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. You will work closely with Clinic Nurse, APPs, PT physician, nurse supervisor, triage nurse, RN, and LPNs to deliver excellent patient outcomes. The shift pattern includes Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with daily rounding from 8am-9am and occasional ER call shifts (1-2 times a week).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct in-patient rounds and ER call coverage as required
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Manage patient volume effectively, with an average of 15 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to document patient encounters and manage patient data
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS and ACLS certification
• DEA certification
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Assistance with credentialing provided
