Onsite After School Program Coordinator:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our before and after school enrichment programs and summer camps in Northern Virginia. As an Onsite Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire program, including instructors, classes, and children attending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the program, including instructors, classes, and children attending.
  • Ensure all instructors arrive on time and are prepared for classes.
  • Distribute and collect rosters, attendance sheets, and instructions.
  • Oversee the arrival, attendance, snacks, classes, and dismissal of students.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Assist program staff with disruptive students and complete timely records of attendance, daily notes, and documentation of behavior, incidents, and injuries.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, school staff, instructors, and Baroody Camps staff.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a safe and positive environment.

Training and Support:

  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification provided.
  • Medication Administration Training (MAT) provided.
  • In-office training and on-the-job training provided.

Work Environment:

  • Multiple locations in Northern Virginia.
