Job Overview

As a vital member of our team at Neelkhanth Llc, you will engage directly with clients to provide comprehensive packaging and shipping solutions, alongside professional printing services. Your role will encompass various tasks including faxing, taking passport photos, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing retail merchandise through our Point of Sale system. Training will be provided, and opportunities for increased responsibilities and career advancement will be available based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly; assess their needs and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through effective engagement and quality product delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services available, and effectively promote them to customers.
  • Recognize customer needs and suggest additional services that may be beneficial.
  • Accurately receive, sort, and distribute mail to the appropriate mailboxes.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are recorded completely and accurately in the Point of Sale system.
  • Prepare items for shipping by following established procedures and utilizing appropriate materials.
  • Operate various software applications as required.
  • Process incoming packages for shipping, which includes weighing, labeling, and utilizing shipment manifesting software. Assistance may be required for retrieving packages from customers' vehicles.
  • Handle and document issues related to damaged shipments, as well as claims for late or lost packages.
  • Contribute to store merchandising by stocking shelves, maintaining product organization, and notifying management of inventory needs.
  • Complete end-of-day procedures, ensuring accurate reconciliation of cash, checks, credit cards, and other transactions in line with company policies.
  • Safely and efficiently operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and binding tools, and assist customers in using these machines.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
