We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Cashier/Drive-Thru Team Member to join our dynamic team at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe. As a Front of House team member, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, actively listening to guests and confidently suggesting meals and gift items.
  • Work quickly and efficiently, learning from mistakes and looking for opportunities to assist other departments.
  • Meet the requirements for food handler and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, working a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service or serving experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work a variety of shifts.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
