We are seeking a talented Baker to join our dynamic team. As a Baker, you will have the opportunity to work with a unique menu selection of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads, all made with honest and whole ingredients.

A successful Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• Proven track record of demonstrating attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to work through change and be flexible, while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
• Schedule availability to work mid-morning to early evenings, with occasional Sunday shifts.

A successful Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe should be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
• Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus, but not required.
• Must be 18 years old or older to be qualified for this position.
