With over 70 years of experience in the industry, Weinstein Properties is committed to managing and owning exceptional communities across various states, including Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas.
Position Location: Bexley Exchange in Buford, GA
Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM on Saturdays, 9 AM - 5 PM on Sundays, with weekends on a rotating basis.
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience, along with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and monthly incentives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and administrative skills. Leadership experience is a plus, as is a background in customer service, sales, or hospitality. Previous experience in property management is welcomed. We provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you develop the necessary skills and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities of a Property Leasing Specialist:
- Engage with prospective residents interested in our communities. This includes responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and providing detailed information about our properties.
- Handle leasing applications, prepare lease documents, and manage security deposits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, assisting with renewals, move-out processes, and any inquiries regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure apartments are ready for new residents and address any maintenance requests.
- Create a welcoming experience for residents during their move-in process.
- Manage move-out procedures and security deposit returns.
- Track rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Organize and host resident activities to foster community engagement.
