Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Mitigation Technician. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their properties are restored to their original state after damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fire Damage: Board up, structure stabilization, and smoke cleaning
  • Water Damage: Extraction, drying, and minor demolition
  • Debris removal
  • Material/supply delivery
  • Mold Remediation
  • Monthly on-call rotation for new emergency calls

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license/clean motor vehicle record
  • Clean background check
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
  • Experience in disaster restoration preferred
  • IICRC certifications a plus
  • MICA or moisture mapping
