  7. Advocate for families, collaborating with cultural liaisons and school personnel to ensure equitable access to educational resources and support.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with families in challenging situations, providing emotional support and knowledge of community resources.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
