Job Title: Fluid Power Territory Manager

At Connector Specialists, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Fluid Power Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Lafayette, LA area and its neighboring regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Systems Engineering team to identify and manage Fluid Power opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Utilize technical expertise to present a compelling value proposition that addresses customer requirements effectively.
  • Manage sales activities, including scheduling, record-keeping, and CRM system maintenance.
  • Resolve customer challenges in alignment with our company's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driven, target-driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships.
