About the Job

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-acute care services as an LPN
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing and track vital signs
  • Collect patient information and document health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of patients
  • Administer medications correctly and verify doses
  • Maintain necessary medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients
  • Assist with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Valid Pennsylvania state license to practice as a LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
