Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based treatments and interventions to support their mental health and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
