Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Regional Patient Access Specialist to join our New Jersey Operations team. This role will be based in West Long Branch, NJ, with opportunities for travel to our care centers throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-end patient registration input and educate staff on financial counseling strategies.
  • Provide guidance and coverage for accuracy of quality measures and ongoing staff training.
  • Create and provide scorecards for each location.
  • Ensure high-quality patient service and accuracy of information affecting pre- and post-visit processing.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months experience in the field or related area.
  • Licenses/Certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CPC-A, or any AHIMA or AAPC coding credential.
