Responsibilities:
This entry-level position requires no prior experience and provides a pathway to develop into a Pest Management Route Technician, where you will manage your own client route.
We offer a fully funded comprehensive training program, including state licensing.
As a Pest Control Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and our clients, responsible for managing an established route and fostering strong relationships while delivering top-notch service.
You will employ your investigative and analytical skills to identify the root causes of problems, recommend corrective measures, and implement effective solutions.
Minor equipment or structural repairs may also be part of your responsibilities.Your efforts will help our clients maintain a pest-free environment, safeguarding their brand, their customers, and, by extension, the wider community.
Qualifications:
Basic math and writing skills
Proficiency with communication devices, including cell phones, email, and internet applications
Computer skills, including familiarity with MS Windows Applications and handheld computer technology
Excellent client relationship management skills
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication abilities
Ability to understand and remember client preferences and needs
Attention to detail and observant nature
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Availability to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends (including split shifts)
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel overnight when necessary
Good driving record
Ability to pass drug and background checks
