Position Overview:

The Custodial Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the mission of Human Technologies, Inc. by ensuring that all cleaning responsibilities are executed with the utmost quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct janitorial tasks to meet the expectations of the Project Supervisor and clients.
  2. Maintain the exterior grounds by removing debris and snow as instructed.
  3. Complete all required training programs.
  4. Ensure that all cleaning equipment, storage areas, and supply closets are kept in a professional and organized manner.
  5. Represent the organization professionally, including adhering to appropriate attire standards.
  6. Report any accidents or safety concerns to the Project Supervisor without delay.
  7. Foster effective working relationships with the Project Supervisor and fellow team members.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Supervisor or their delegate.

Qualifications:

  • Must be physically capable of fulfilling job demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Must successfully pass any necessary background checks as required by federal, state, or client-specific regulations.
