Job Title: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse to join our team at a top healthcare facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide critical nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, working closely with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Endovascular Neurosurgeons.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Provide education to patients and family members on post-procedure care and management.
  • Insert and remove intravenous lines, administer medication, and monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
  • Oversee the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Provide post-procedure monitoring and care.
Requirements:
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
  • BLS Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Interventional Radiology setting
  • Other requirements to be determined by our client facility
