Specialists are responsible for operating mechanical systems, executing floor and wall maintenance, and managing signage and hardware services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute wood framing and interior installations, including cabinetry and countertops.
• Conduct repairs on walls, including sheetrock work, mudding, and texturing.
• Manage the installation, repair, and replacement of signage, ceiling tiles, and minor painting tasks.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of windows, vinyl wall coverings, flooring, and carpeting.
• Adjust and install doors, hardware, and locking mechanisms.
• Perform basic roof repairs and maintenance as needed.

• Competence in performing calculations, including fractions and decimals.

• Familiarity with standard maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical training or coursework in building operations.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial building maintenance, or general maintenance roles.
