Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber or Apprentice to fill a key role in our team. As a Journeyman Plumber or Apprentice, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.

You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure plumbing systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute plumbing installations and repairs.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, encompassing pipes, fixtures, valves, and fittings, adhering to local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams to seamlessly integrate plumbing systems into overall building plans.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Install and maintain water supply lines, sewage systems, and drainage systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough testing of plumbing systems to detect leaks and ensure optimal functionality, making adjustments as required.
  • Coordinate efforts with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to achieve harmonious project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to plumbing systems.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of work performed, materials utilized, and time expended on each project.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in plumbing technology and techniques through continuous learning.
