Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
  • Troubleshooting equipment operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration)
  • Ensuring facility safety and maintenance
  • Assisting other facilities technicians
  • Providing preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
  • Certified in a skilled trade (Carpenter, Electrician, HVAC etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
