As a Clinical Quality Director at Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for directing clinical quality and patient safety management programs. This includes budgets, annual evaluations, revisions, consultation services, education initiatives, measurement of outcomes, and improvement strategies related to clinical, accreditation, regulatory, and licensing (AR&L), risk management, and infection prevention and control.

You will establish standards for the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of evidence-based guidelines, principles, and/or programs related to your area of work. Your goal will be to reduce variation in clinical practice, optimize patient outcomes, and ensure organizational compliance.

You will direct the collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation of clinical data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement. This information will inform short- and long-term strategy and project goals.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a clinical setting, health care administration, or a directly related field. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is also required.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
